Goal: To contribute to realization and fulfillment of rights for all children in Kitui East
Overall Objective: To improve the wellbeing of the target 3,876 women in SHGA households in Kitui East.
The Kitui County CASE-OVC project focuses on economic sustainability for caregivers and a gradual transition away from direct support for OVC. KDC works on building strong families in the targeted area to ensure children affected by HIV/AIDS in the three sub counties will be resilient and thrive within their households and communities

Upscaling Community Self Development to Support Children & Youth
PROJECT PURPOSE: Promoting sustainable Community Self Development for care and support of children and youth through people’s institution among 2040 poor women and their families.
Overall Objective:To promote socio, economic and political empowerment of the poor women to care and support their families
Run-off Water Harvesting Project
The main aim of this project was to rehabilitate gulley’s through harvesting run-off water that could be used for irrigation by the communityRehabilitation of the gulley’s through runoff water harvesting will be innovative while creating job opportunities for the youth and women. The idea was to up scalable to other communities in drought prone areas.
VSLA KCDMS project
he overall purpose of this assignment is to further KCDMS’ objective to improve agribusiness opportunities for smallholder farmers, including youth and women through strengthening the capacities of existing and dormant savings and lending groups (or chamas). This is meant to encourage an increase in savings and lending especially for agricultural productivity and marketing of value chains by members of the VSL groups
KCDF Post-COVID Recovery Project
This project targets the members of the SHGs, CIGs, and FGs who have been severely disrupted by Covid 19.
